Michael Thigpen is more than a leader—he's a visionary, a beacon of hope, and a force for change. For over three decades, Michael has passionately served the body of Christ, touching lives across the globe through diverse ministry work.

An alumnus of Anderson University, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration. His academic prowess is matched by his extraordinary ability to engage and inspire audiences of all kinds. With a heart full of God's love, he empowers others to become fervent servant leaders, spreading compassion and authenticity wherever they go.

Currently, Michael serves with Virginia's Department of Juvenile Justice System as a Re-Entry Advocate and Resident Mentor. Drawn to youth work, he dedicates himself to guiding young individuals toward brighter futures.

Michael’s journey is enriched by the love and support of his wife, Melanie, and their four beautiful daughters, who walk their own paths of faith beside him.
