As a father of four daughters and a true “Girl Dad”, Mike takes his role as a dad seriously. He works hard to be the first role model for his girls. Growing up without a father in earlier years, Mike understands the voids that can be created by an absentee father.

“Fathering is one of the toughest employers there is because it is filled with responsibility, reliability for lives that didn’t ask to be here”.

No father understands the full weight of responsibility that they will need to undertake from conception throughout that child’s life. It takes a strong community to support and surround fathers in their most challenging times. For this reason, in 2012, Mike launched JustDAD, an organization empowering and celebrating men in their most vital role as being dads. JustDad provides opportunities for fathers and their children to connect while providing a platform for fathers to grow and support each other.
