Cultivating Spaces Training.

Mike will guide your ministry, business or leadership team through the intricacies of creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels heard and valued. He helps participants recognize their own healthy and unhealthy biases, fostering an environment free from shame, fear, and anger. Additionally, Mike will equip your team with resources to support their ongoing journey after the training.

It’s important to be deliberate in ensuring we always provide space and reserve a seat at the table for individuals who differ from us, whether in race, age, socio-economic status, or other backgrounds. This way, when they enter the room, they will feel a sense of belonging.
